The ŽSD a. s. organization has two levels. The first level is represented by the company management as a managing body, and the second level is formed by divisions as the executive body.
The company management competences include: define basic strategic goals, act in the name of the company at business meetings and manage the sales, technical, investment, financial and economic operations of the company. Furthermore, company management coordinates the production programme and the integrated system to assure quality management, environmental management and occupational health and safety management.
The division competences include: execute and process orders and meet the financial plan. The divisions are divided by specialization (Waste Management, Structural Engineering, Engineering, Demolitions) and regions (Olomouc Division). The divisions are separate organizational units with their own production programmes and separate financial plans, for which the division directors are fully responsible. Relationships between the divisions are based on mutual cooperation and identification with the same company.
