Development Activities – Offer of Flats
In 2005, ŽSD a.s. started working on its own development project titled “Superstructures with 16 flats at Černého Street 52,54,56 in Brno – Bystrc“. As new flats are much sought after in general and in this location in particular, the company decided to continue this activity and prepare new projects. For this purpose, ŽSD reality s.r.o. was established in 2006. The tasks of this subsidiary include direct sale and negotiations with customers, and execution of resulting contracts.
