Before the demolition itself, the company makes a survey of building contamination in order to define the demolition and waste-handling methods.

ŽSD a.s. executes the demolition and subsequent removal of waste produced, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including waste transfer to dumps, or material recycling and sorting for further use. If the client wishes, material is recycled right on the demolition site. Such a solution brings the customer further savings, for example in the subsequent building of new structural layers of pavements, car parks, etc. This also minimizes the environmental impact as a result of eliminated pulled-down material transfer.
